Thank you to everyone who attended the very first Memory Walk hosted at Harold Park.
There was a great turnout and fantastic weather for the first day of autumn.
Once all sponsor money has been collected we will update you on the final amount raised but early figures show it was a resounding success.
Theres something for everyone at Harold Park, its fun for all the family.
Younger children can play safely in the fenced off play park which includes a slide, climbing frame, swings, roundabout and other play equipment. Older children can make use of the Trim Trail which includes a climbing wall, monkey bars, tyre swing, cable rider and obstacles to enjoy.
If you are looking for peace and tranquility then taking a seat at one of the picnic tables or benches around the sensory garden would be the perfect place.
Harold Park is dog friendly and we actively encourage dog walkers to come and enjoy the safe and open green spaces while exercising your pet.
You will find many friendly and welcoming people and dogs in the park at all times during the day, many stop to chat and make new friends.
We do however promote responsible dog ownership and ask that you clean up after your dog, we have placed 12 bins around the park, at regular intervals to help make sure we keep a clean and safe park for everyone to enjoy.
The park is monitored by council wardens.
